Privacy Policy

Justlink helps merchants create shareable USDC payment links on Arc. This policy explains what information we process when you use the web app and related APIs.
What we process
- On-chain data — payment session amounts, recipients, expiry, and status live on the Arc blockchain and are public by nature.
- Off-chain metadata — optional title, memo, and merchant webhook URL you submit, stored so payers can see a human-readable label and so we can notify you when a link is paid.
- Wallet addresses — used to authenticate metadata writes (signed messages) and to display payment history for the connected wallet.
- Technical logs — request metadata (e.g. IP for rate limiting), error reports, and health checks needed to operate the service.
What we do not collect
- No email/password accounts or KYC documents for v1.
- We do not custody your USDC or private keys.
- We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Session metadata is retained so payment links and webhooks keep working. You may request deletion of off-chain metadata for sessions you created by contacting support (on-chain history cannot be erased).
Third parties
Hosting, blob/Redis storage, RPC providers, WalletConnect, and optional error monitoring (e.g. Sentry) may process technical data under their own terms. Merchant webhooks receive payment events you configure.
